Check out our CES 2019 coverage!

Samsung’s Q7FN QLED TV for 2018 is a mid tier QLED TV that delivers great HDR performance for a reasonable price. The qn657fn can be found for under $2000. The Q7 is a sleek looking TV with a minimalist stand that is one of the best ever designed by Samsung.

The Q7FN also features Samsung’s One Connect box and cable that provides signal and power over one thin and easy to conceal cable.

We brought the Q7FN QLED into DT’s Home Theater testing room for a full review.

They just skipped the local dimming part like samsung paid them to show off other feature and not showing the real thing which matters.

I got this TV a year ago. Paid $2500 for it. It lasts 7 hours and then the screen went black with only audio on. No picture at all just audio. Return it right away and never look at another Samsung TV again.

This is hands down the best EDGE-LIT TV ever made! It’s so good that it even competes with full array tvs, the only downsides are the viewing angels and the bad ineffective local dimming, which isn’t THAT bad because the contrast and black uniformity is really high, and the grey uniformity is pretty good too. I ordered a brand new 65 inch from amazon a few months ago for $1200, it was between this and the Sony X900F, they were the same price but I chose this one because I hate the user interface on Sony tvs. Now a 65 inch Sony X900F on amazon is $1100, while a 65 inch Q7FN is around $2500 lol idk why they sky rocketed the price? Both tvs are good though

Ok, all my hard disks (where my movies are) are password-protected. When I insert my disks into the usb ports of my 2018 QLED TV, it doesn't ask me to type my password anywhere (it just says "no content found"… duuhh…). So how can I use my hard disks on my QLED TV??? Is there some kind of software update that fixes this problem/oversight by Samsung?? Or have I missed something that I should be doing?? If this is something Samsung has not thought of, and we cannot type in passwords to open our USB drives (most of them have passwords nowadays…), IT'S CRAZY STUPID OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
