Hi there i have a toshiba laptop running Windows 10 which is not working at all. Once its switched on, it loads up with preparing automatic repair and after that its just black screen and nothing else, the screen backlight is on and the lights on the keypad is on etc but nothing else happens. tipif your doing this: unplug all over drives including disk drives. Have only what you believe to be the C drive plugged in to your mother board
